I don’t know about you but I am constantly wondering what to eat as a protein substitute for meat. I used to eat a lot of meat. Probably 3-4 times a week. I no longer have an appetite for meat. I just no longer crave it like I used to.
Protein is a necessary building block to our body. Our cells are constantly dying and re-building and protein helps rebuild and re-energize us.
These are the foods I have found to be a good source of protein other than meat: Fish, cheese, tofu, beans, yogurt (greek has more protein than other yogurts), seeds.
